The This Little Light Team is meeting immediately after service this Sunday in the Teacher’s Lounge!

Join us at Church June 15th as we Thank God for our Fathers.
After service, we will host a single elimination Corn Hole tournament on the lawn. Dads will pair up into teams, taking turns throwing bean bags at a board with a hole in its far end. The goal of the game is to score points by either landing a bag on the board (1 point) or tossing a bag through the hole (3 points). First team to score 12 points advances to the next round.
After tournament play concludes, open play will begin and include everyone who wishes to participate.
Lunch on the Lawn and an Instagram station will also be available.

Join us aboard Noah’s Ark at the Skirball!!
This award-winning children’s and family destination invites visitors of all generations to play, climb, build, make-believe, and make friends — all while exploring an eight-thousand square foot wooden ark filled to the rafters with whimsical animals.
Carpool or caravan from the church parking lot at 1 PM to arrive at the museum on time for our 1:30 PM reservation.

A 6-week program to inspire kids (age 5-17) to learn and improve their God given music skills.
Meets once a week on Sunday @ Playa Del Rey Elementary School for one hour. Students may select their art “track” for their academic focus through the six weeks.
Track Options: Piano, Drums, Violin, or Guitar
Showcase: August 17th @ Noon
Cost: Playa Kids: $20, Community Kids: $60

The Adult’s Bible Study at Pastor Terry’s House is delving into the book of Job.
In Job, God is engaged in a dialogue with the devil over Job and the pain God allows to come into Job’s life. The book reveals God’s kingdom authority over life circumstances because not even the devil can do his dirty work without divine permission.

This Adult’s Bible Study at Pastor Terry’s House is examining the book of Genesis.
In Genesis, God creates the universe and gives mankind instructions for how to manage His Creation. Most specifically how He designed marriage, and family and how these institutions when rightly established become a major source for blessing.
